How many do I need?
The International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy recommends a series of 12: two the first
week, two the second week, and once a week after that for eight more weeks. Here at Earth
Spring Wellness Center, we work with each client to develop an approach which works for your
body - not the technician’s timetable.
Is there preparation before?
We recommend that you do not eat 2 hours before the Colon Hydrotherapy.
If you eliminate on a regular basis do you need colonics?
What's regular for you? 2 to 3 times per day? Just because you're eliminating properly doesn't mean that there isn't a potential buildup.
Can Colon Cleansing cure bowel disease?
Curing bowel disease or other illnesses is up to you and the health professional you choose. Yet, doesn't it seem that removing irritating toxins and chemicals accumulated in the colon would be helpful? Colon Hydrotherapy can play an integral role in achieving and maintaining vibrant health.
Is it embarrassing?
The procedure is done with modesty for both client and technician. The nozzle is inserted by the client, a cover blanket is provided, the room is warm and comforting and the finest professional equipment is used.
How safe is it?
Here the well water is filtered, the tank water is again filtered, and it then passes through an ultraviolet purifier before the water flows to the client. Water quality, disposable rectal nozzles and disinfection of the system are part of our strict standards.
Isn't this like an enema and couldn't you get dependent on this?
Actually, no. A Colonic may be regarded 10 times more effective than an enema. Colonics strengthen the colon by initiating peristaltic activity to occur. Peristalsis is the body's natural mechanism for moving waste along the large intestine.
